comprise the music ministry at FBC. Brother Buddy came to know Christ as his personal Savior on November 2, 1978, through the soul-winning efforts of Brother James Paul. Brother Buddy testifies that the was a lost church member for many years before God revealed to him the truth about his spiritual condition. He has faithfully served the Lord for over 30 years at FBC.

Sister Teresa is the oldest of three children born to Pastor and Mrs. Ben Poovey (also Nancy, and Dennis). She has been part of FBC since its inception in 1965. Although her personal ambition was to sing country music in Nashville, Teresa has used her gifts to glorify God at FBC.

Brother and Sister Barber also teach Sunday School classes: adults and teens respectively.
